old crow 3Old Crow Land Company owns all properties it sells. You purchase directly from the owner, hence, you pay no real estate fees.

Each property will be sold to the first person from whom we receive a signed ‘Agreement of Purchase and Sale.’

Non-residents of Canada may purchase properties in Canada under the same conditions as Canadian residents.

Timber rights come with the land unless otherwise specified.

Old Crow Land Company holds clear title to each property. You may inspect the deed and title documents at your expense before closing.

The Purchaser must pay land taxes for the current and following years. An adjustment for the current year taxes shall be made.

When the buyer has paid the purchase price in full, we issue a Certificate of Registered Ownership conveying title.

The Provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia impose a fifteen percent (15%) Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The new owner pays this tax to the Government through Old Crow Land Company when the account is paid in full and they take ownership.

Our Purchase Terms are Cash in Canadian Funds.
